Shahar Sarid has a B.Sc. in Communication Systems Engineering and M.Sc. and Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, received in 2005 and 2007 and 2011 respectively. Afterwards, he was a Postdoctoral Associate at the Autonomous Systems Lab of the Sibley School of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering at Cornell University, working with Prof. Hadas Kress-Gazit on guaranteeing high-level behaviors while exploring unknown regions.
